A patient is told to come back in three weeks. No one calls them, no one texts them, and the visit never happens — not because the care wasn't good, but because there was no simple, low-effort way to bring them back. Front-desk staff at a small clinic don't have time to run a manual recall list on top of everything else they do.

RetainIQ is being built to close that specific gap, without asking a receptionist to learn new software or maintain a system on top of their existing workload.

We're building it against a real front desk's constraints before opening it up more broadly — so features on this site describe what RetainIQ is designed to do, not a finished, publicly available product yet.
