RetainIQ is not a separate company — it's a product line of GT Studio Labs, developed, owned, and operated by the same team end to end.
The studio
GT Studio Labs is a founder-led software studio building practical, narrowly-scoped digital products for small and independent businesses — the kind of businesses that are usually underserved by enterprise software because their needs are simpler, their budgets are tighter, and their staff don't have time to learn complicated tools.
Rather than building broad platforms, GT Studio Labs designs each product around one real workflow, for one type of business, validated with an actual operator before it's built out further.
Why RetainIQ exists
RetainIQ came out of a direct conversation with a single-doctor clinic about a problem that had nothing to do with the quality of care they provided: patients who were told to come back simply didn't, because there was no low-effort way to remind them. The clinic didn't need a full practice-management system — it needed one thing done reliably, over a channel patients already had open on their phones.
That conversation shaped the product: WhatsApp-first, no app for the patient to install, and no new software for a busy front desk to learn.
